Nashville and Memphis you were a vibe 🖤 Home of soul, rock and roll, blues, country music, and some of the best guitar shops I've ever seen. Nashville is filled with live music that never stops—it's basically a 24-hour scene, and the musicians are top-notch. Memphis offers some of the best barbecues I’ve ever tasted, and downtown Beale Street has fantastic blues music. I was truly impressed by how hard the musicians work, performing four-hour gigs without a break. Now I understand why so many legends come from these cities. This is how you become great!

Back in January, whilst doing a lesson, the student I was teaching expressed a desire to learn how to improvise in G minor. I then created a moody, dark-sounding chord progression, which eventually evolved into a tune titled "The Darkest Nights."
